Reservations and services
You can access our Check-in service by clicking on the "online Check-in"
button located on the left-hand side menu of our homepage. Once you´re
in, you have two alternatives to find the flight you want to Check-in
for: you can use your ident! ity document number or the flight reservation
code.
If you choose to find your flight using your identity document number, a new screen will appear showing all your valid flight reservations. Select the reserved flight you wish to Check-in for and click on "Continue". If your flight doesn´t appear on the displayed list, you can write your reservation code next to the "Reservation Code" box and click on "Continue".
If you choose to find your flight using the flight reservation code, just write the code in the corresponding box and click on "Find".
In this step you ca! n check your flight schedule and also if your flight is:
Additionally, you can now select all passengers who will Check-in for your flight (yourself and whoever may be flying with you). You will be able to simultaneously select all passengers.
Finally, you must declare that you are aware of luggage restrictions, prohibitions of hazardous materials on board, and the required documentation at your destination. If you need more information regarding any of these subjects, click on the! corresponding heading.
Next, click on "Continue".
In this step you must fill in the requested information for all passengers checking in (passport/national identity document number, gender, airline you wish to earn miles for if the fare allows it, etc.).
In some cases, this information will be pre-filled by the system. Please make sure the information is correct.
Next click on "Continue".
In this step you c an choose your seat according to availability. Remember that if you're a LANPASS Elite member, preferential seats on flights are available for you and whoever may be travelling with you, whether they're an Elite member or not, to choose from.
On this screen you'll be able to see your flight schedule and a list of passengers travelling with you. Each passenger has a number assigned. You can select your seat in several ways:
Next, click on "Continue".
If you've already reserved your seat before checking in online, you can keep the same seat or change your seat on this screen.
If you need to select seats for more than one flight, you can select the corresponding flight from the flight list at the top of the screen or select the seats for the first flight and then click on "Continue" to select seats for the second flight, and so forth.
To finish checking in, you must print your Boarding Pass. If you're travelling without luggage, this Boarding Pass allows you to go directly through immigration. If you are travelling with luggage, it allows you to go directly to the "D rop Off" or "Baggage Claim" counter wherever the service is available. Otherwise and whenever necessary, you must go to the regular check-in counters.
If our online Check-in is not available for your travel route, in this step you can print a pre check-in receipt which details your personal and flight information as well as your selected seat.
