How and when will the money be refunded to me?


  • Once your request for the total refund of your ticket has been received, an amount equivalent to what you paid for the ticket will be accredited to your credit card.

  • The complete ticket refund process takes between 10 and 15 working days.

  • Following this time period, and to ensure that the refund has been accredited to your credit card, ask your bank executive for an updated account statement.

  • You can also verify the refund on your next credit card account statement. However, the refund often takes place after the credit card's billing date.
