This benefit is only valid for LAN ticket purchases via LAN.com made between August 16, 2007 and June 30, 2008. The bonuses will go to the passengers flying on said purchased flight, which may not necessarily be the individual making the purchase.
- To receive this bonus, one must be a member of the LANPASS frequent flyer program and have included his or her member number in step four of the purchase process.
- The bonuses will be accredited to the accounts of the LANPASS members within a maximum of 15 days from the date the tickets were purchased and paid for via the Website. The kilometers that one normally earns by flying with LAN will be accredited once the purchased flight has been completed.
- Not all economy class fares allow for the earning of LANPASS kilometers. However, they all allow for the earning of the bonus outlined in the terms of this benefit. See which classes allow you to earn kilometers on domestic routes in Chile , Peru and Argentina .
- The benefit is valid for all LAN flight options available on the site, with the exception of the Last Minute Offers, LANPASS reward tickets and other special price promotions (fares: Z, U, T, X, E, G, I and R).
- The kilometer bonus is a promotional benefit and cannot be used to qualify for the different LANPASS Elite member categories.
- LAN shall not be held responsible for any losses of personal information, system or network interruptions or failures, technical difficulties with respect to communication by phone, or technical difficulties, be they the result of human, mechanical or electronic error. As a result, the kilometers will not be given, nor will any compensation of any kind be provided, if the purchase was not successfully completed via the Website.
