Nevertheless, we cannot guarantee that the on-board menu and snacks will be free or peanuts or peanut products, as these may be included as ingredients in their preparation.

As such, LAN cannot guarantee a space aboard the flight that will be free of contact with peanuts. In addition, we cannot prohibit or control other passengers' consumption/carrying of said foodstuff.

For these reasons, it is highly important that passengers allergic to peanuts and/or peanut products take the necessary precautions in preparing for their flight.
