• Check-in service is only available to passengers with electronic tickets. Check to see which routes allow you to check in at LAN.com.
• The Check-in can be realized between 48 and two hours prior to the flight's departure. Individuals requiring any kind of special service cannot check in online. Contact us at our Call Center.
• If you have already checked in and wish to cancel, use the Check-in cancellation feature.
• If you are head of your group, go to Group Check-in.
